Wrongful Death Lawsuits filed after apartment fire

The Fort Wayne Journal-Gazette is reporting three Indiana families have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Bradford Schools and the owners of an apartment complex in which three girls died in a fire.  The fire was caused by faulty wiring.  The plaintiffs alleged the owner of the apartment complex, Dial Equities, rented the rooms out as student housing, yet failed to provide functioning smoke alarms in every room, safe wiring and an evacuation plan as it was required to do so.
