VIDEO RENTAL COMPANY FACES CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT
A class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf consumers that rented videos from Redbox Automated Retail LLC. The class action lawsuits claims consumers were wrongfully charged late fees when the retailer advertised no late fees on videos. The lawsuit further alleges Redbox has received over $ 100 million in late fee revenue.
