University Medical Center Data Breach
The University Medical Center, Las Vegas, is offering free credit monitoring to patients whose personal information may have been leaked to personal injury attorneys. While hospital officials do not know the exact number of records affected by the data breach that occurred on or about October 31, 2009 and November 1, 2009, hospital officials believe the number could be as many as 140.
