TICKETMASTER CLASS ACTION SETTLED FOR $22.3 MILLION
California events promoter Live Nation has agreed to settle a class action lawsuit filed against them over improper fees charged by subsidiary Ticketmaster. The suit claimed Ticketmaster added “delivery” fees that were really ways to boost the company’s profit. The $22.3 million settlement will cover legal fees and refunds to affected customers.
