Tax Returns and Other Personal Info Found in Atlanta Dumpster

Tax returns, Social Security numbers and mortgage applications were found in an Atlanta trash dumpster. Investigators from the Georgia Office of Consumer Affairs took the documents and searched other dumpsters in the area. Investigators are trying to determine how the files containing personal information ended up in the dumpster.
