Patients at a Lake Worth\, Florida nursing home allege lake Worth Manor provided improper care and attempted to defraud Medicare and Medicaid. The lawsuit alleges lake Worth Manor kept patients until they developed conditions that would “restart” Medicare or Medicaid payments.
Since 2007, Lake Worth Manor has received low ratings from state agencies and was on the Florida state Agency for Health Care Administration watch list since 2007.
