FLORIDA CONSUMER VICTIM OF IDENTITY THEFT
A St. Cloud Florida consumer is a victim of identity theft. Cindy Ley’s debit card was used without her permission to make purchases at a Walgreen’s store and to purchase a trip to Pennsylvania. The identity thief charged over $1,000 on her bank account, although Ms. Ley still had her debit card! Ms. Ley has never made an online purchase or used her debit card for travel arrangements.
