CONSUMERS FILE CLASS ACTION AGAINST APPLE iPHONE4

A class action has been filed on behalf of Apple iPhone4 phone users.  The class action lawsuit claims the glass casing on the phones crack much easier than advertised. Apple claims the glass is “super-durable and scratch-resistant,” but according to the lawsuit, the casing is very fragile.

Recent data shows the “latest model of the iPhone broke 82 percent more often than the iPhone 3GS,” the Washington Post reports. The suit is seeking reimbursement for the cost of the phone and repairs. Hayley Tsukayama , The Washington Post.
