KELLOG BROWN & ROOT (KBR) SUED UNDER FALSE CLAIMS ACT (QUI TAM)
The Department of Justice has filed a False Claims Act (FCA) case again Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR) alleging they violated the False Claims Act by charging the U.S. Government for private armed security and allowing 33 of their subcontractors to do the same under the LOGCAP III contract, despite the fact that such charges were expressly forbidden.
