32 Million Rockyou.com Accounts Compromised

According to  a Washington Post article, 32 million Rock You accounts were compromised, including user names and passwords.  Rockyou.com has issued a statement regarding the data breach.  The hacker published a “ransom” letter on the web for RockYou.com.  Read it here.

As a reminder, consumers should change their passwords frequently and should use multiple passwords in the event that hackers are able to access your passwords.
