LIFELOCK SETTLES LAWSUIT WITH 35 STATES

$320,000 will be disbursed approximately 30,000 eligible Pennsylvania customers of Lifelock, Inc.  The settlement is the result of a settlement between 35 state attorney generals and Lifelock.  The eligible Pennsylvania customers will receive a notification letter from the state attorney general's office and the Federal Trade Commission with a restitution check for $10.87.
