Airlines Sued for Price Fixing
Consumers have filed a class action lawsuit against major airlines, AirTran Airways and Delta Airlines, for fixing prices for first bag fees. The lawsuit alleges the airlines agreed to coordinate capacity cuts in Atlanta and raise prices together. The consumers are seeking treble (triple) damages, plus interest.
